What to include

Your Lumen version. It is at the top of Settings, About.

What you were doing, and what happened instead.

Your diagnostics: Settings, About, Copy diagnostics, then paste them into the mail.
The diagnostics report carries version, platform and recent errors. It is stripped of anything personal before you get it, and sending it is optional.
