About the Pass
Is Lumen still free?
Yes. Watching, Live TV, your library and every device stay free. The Pass adds recording, subtitles made on your device and hosted sync.
What does it cost?
€19, once, tax included. No subscription, no renewal, no per-device charge, and nothing is ever charged again for a Pass you hold.
Do I need a Pass for the TV?
No. The Android TV app plays without one, like every other device.
What happens after the 14 days?
Lumen keeps working for free. New recordings, new subtitles made on your device and syncing through our servers wait for a Pass. What you already made stays yours.
I lost my key.
Recover your Pass with the email you used at checkout; the key is sent to that address. It is also in your receipt email.
I lost my pairing code.
That is a different thing, and it matters. The pairing code is the encryption secret your devices share. We never have it and cannot recover it: keep it, or keep one paired device. Recovering a Pass restores your payment, not your encryption keys.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, yes, through the link on your Stripe receipt. No questions asked. A refund ends the Pass.
